We always want to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied with the quality and results of all our Villa Floriani products. For your convenience, should you for any reason by unhappy with your purchase, you are entitled for a full refund based on our reasonable guidelines:
We only accept the returns of unused items purchased from our website. We cannot accept an item that has been opened unless the product is damaged or defective. In case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service centre at 212-750-5796 or email@example.com.
- Item(s) must be returned to us within 30 days of the ship date. Products must be unopened and in original packaging, with all accessories and inserts.
- Packages must be returned prepaid. We are unable to accept C.O.D. deliveries.
- Refunds are made to the original form of payment, with the exception of electronic Gift Certificates, in which case a new eGift Certificate will be emailed to the original recipient.
- If your order contained a Gift with Purchase (GWP), the GWP must also be returned. If the GWP is not returned with the original product your refund will not be processed.
How To Return You Order
Please contact our Customer Relations Department on 212-750-5796 or firstname.lastname@example.org prior to sending back your products. You will be issued a Return Authorization # (RMA). Once you have your RMA:
Carefully pack your return, with the Return Authorization # (RMA) clearly visible. A copy of receipt and/or invoice needs to be included inside the box.
PLEASE DO NOT RETURN PRODUCTS WITHOUT SPEAKING TO A CUSTOMER RELATIONS REPRESENTATIVE FIRST AND OBTAINING AN RMA.
- Product(s) sent back without a Return Authorization # cannot be refunded.
- Ship the products using a courier service that provides a tracking number.
- A refund will be issued once the product(s) have been received.
