  • Returns are accepted only for unused items purchased from our website. Opened items are only accepted if damaged or defective.
  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, reach out to our customer service team via live chat or email at support@villafloriani.com.

Other important details:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the ship date, unopened and in original packaging with all accessories.
  • Return shipping must be prepaid; we can't accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method, except for electronic Gift Certificates, which will be reissued.
  • If your order included a Gift with Purchase (GWP), it must be returned for a refund to be processed.

How to Return Your Order:

  1. Contact our Customer Relations Department via live chat or email to obtain a Return Authorization # (RMA) along with a prepaid shipping label.
  2. Carefully pack your return with the RMA visible, including a copy of the receipt or invoice.
  3. DO NOT RETURN PRODUCTS WITHOUT AN RMA.
  4. Ship the products using the pre-paid courier service provided
  5. A refund will be issued upon receiving the product(s).
