We always want to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied with the quality and results of all our Villa Floriani products. For your convenience, should you for any reason by unhappy with your purchase, you are entitled of a full refund based on our reasonable guidelines:
We only accept the returns of unused items purchased from our website. We cannot accept an item that has been opened unless the product is damaged or defective. In case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team via live chat or by email at support@villafloriani.com.
Item(s) must be returned to us within 30 days of the ship date. Products must be unopened and in original packaging, with all accessories and inserts.
Packages must be returned prepaid. We are unable to accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Refunds are made to the original form of payment, with the exception of electronic Gift Certificates, in which case a new eGift Certificate will be emailed to the original recipient.
If your order contained a Gift with Purchase (GWP), the GWP must also be returned. If the GWP is not returned with the original product your refund will not be processed.

How to Return Your Order:
- Contact our Customer Relations Department via live chat or email to obtain a Return Authorization # (RMA) along with a prepaid shipping label.
- Carefully pack your return with the RMA visible, including a copy of the receipt or invoice.
- DO NOT RETURN PRODUCTS WITHOUT AN RMA.
- Ship the products using the pre-paid courier service provided
- A refund will be issued upon receiving the product(s).
